Terms of Use

1. Parties

This Agreement is entered into by and between YDMSoft (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") on one side, and the user who visits or becomes a member of the Website (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or "Member") on the other side.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms and conditions for benefiting from the services offered on the Website, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. Rights and Obligations

3.1. The User agrees to comply with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, public order, and general rules of morality while using the Website. 3.2. The Member is solely responsible for the accuracy of the personal information declared by them. The Website cannot be held liable for any damages arising from the provision of false or incorrect information. 3.3. The Website shall not be held liable for any service interruptions caused by technical failures or force majeure events.

4. Privacy and Personal Data Protection (KVKK)

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Website, including but not limited to logos, texts, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of the Website. It may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes arising from this Agreement, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
