Our Journey
Our journey at YDM Management Consulting began when a passion for adding value to our nation's industry met 26 years of global experience gained in the world's most prestigious engineering and manufacturing ecosystems. Founded in Canada in 2002, this deep expertise evolved into a journey of operational excellence — from Toronto, the heart of the North American automotive industry, to Europe's most advanced industrial hubs. This know-how, refined in the world's most demanding markets, became institutionalized under the YDM umbrella in Bursa starting in 2019. Today, we are proud to bring our global-standard management and production vision together with Turkey's industrial strength.
The Architect of Global Standards
Our founder Hakan Yüksek's career journey — beginning with an Aeronautical Engineering degree from Istanbul Technical University (ITU) and spanning North America to Europe — deepened at Şişecam's Otocam Group, one of Turkey's global industrial giants. He went on to hold senior executive roles at Tier-1 manufacturers serving global leaders such as Foxconn and Putzmeister, managing the most critical projects for automotive industry-defining brands including Tesla, Corvette, Aston Martin, Jaguar, Land Rover, and Bentley. The culture of quality, discipline, and operational excellence forged in these global projects forms the DNA of the management consulting services YDM provides today.

YDM combines the notion of industrial engineering with a process and efficiency-oriented work discipline. We believe that business decisions should be based on concrete data and system discipline, rather than personal intuition or hearsay.
