In fulfillment of this responsibility, we process your personal data as described below and within the limits mandated by legislation.
General Information About the Law
Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data was adopted on March 24, 2016, and published in the Official Gazette No. 29677 dated April 7, 2016. According to Article 32 titled 'Entry into Force,' Articles 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18 of this Law entered into force six months after the publication date, from October 7, 2016 onward. The Law was enacted to protect fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals — especially the privacy of private life — in the processing of personal data, and to regulate the obligations and procedures that real and legal persons who process personal data must comply with.
Data Controller Information
As YDM, in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, we will use your personal data in a manner consistent with relevant legislation in our capacity as Data Controller.
How Will Your Personal Data Be Processed?
As YDM and in our capacity as data controller, all kinds of operations on the personal data you share with us — including obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, altering, reorganizing, disclosing, transferring, making available, targeting, using in website cookies, determining visited pages, classifying, or blocking the use of such data — may be performed by us, whether fully or partially automated or through non-automated means provided they are part of a data recording system.
Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Your Personal Data
We will process the personal data you share with us in accordance with Law No. 6698 and relevant legislation for the following purposes: providing our services in compliance with legislative, contractual, and technological requirements; improving our products and services; fulfilling our information storage, reporting, and disclosure obligations required by judicial and administrative authorities; conducting advertising and promotional activities; and analyzing our customer portfolio.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
For the purposes stated above and in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and relevant legislation, we do not share the personal data you share with us with any institution or person other than official authorities.
How Is Your Personal Data Collected?
Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through e-forms on our website, information gathered during customer visits, digital marketing, proposals and contracts, e-mails, applications, forms, and cookies used by our computers to identify you during website visits.

- Right to learn whether your personal data has been processed.
- Right to request information if your personal data has been processed.
- Right to learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose.
- Right to know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad.
- Right to request correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed personal data.
- Right to request deletion or destruction of personal data within the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law.
- Right to request notification to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred of the transactions carried out pursuant to the above items.
- Right to object to a result that is detrimental to the person arising from exclusively automated analysis of processed data.
- Right to claim compensation for damages suffered due to unlawful processing of personal data.
